Both the Baton Rouge State Fair Foundation and the Greater Baton Rouge State Fair and Trade Show embrace the ideals of community service. We are delighted to learn that you share those same ideals.

In recognition of your service, you will receive a certificate of honor and a $500 award. In addition, we will provide you and your family with complimentary tickets to the 2024 Fair.

The deadline for receipt of all student forms and materials is Tuesday April 30, so please complete the forms as soon as possible.

The cash awards along with certificates of honor will be presented at the Greater Baton Rouge State Fair October 25 - November 3, 2024.
