2024 Worthy Cause Grant Program
All grants must be submitted via this form. The absolute deadline for receipt of 2024 grant applications is March 31, 2024. The 2023 grant evaluation MUST be submitted prior to submitting a 2024 grant application. The only exception to this requirement is if the grant applicant did not receive a grant in 2023.
